Aire Maskin Double Skin Ventilation Units are specially designed for supply and exhaust
ventilation of premises requiring high pressure, powerful air flow and low noise level.

Features

  • Housing made of an Extruded Aluminium Anodized profile with corners made of high quality durable nylon.
  • Double wall construction injected with polyurethane foam insulation 38-40 kg/m3 density / 80kg/m3 acoustic / high density Rockwool available.
  • Standard panel thickness 25mm / 50 mm
  • Outer GSS sheet minimum 0.8 mm thick and inner 0.63 mm thick as standard.
  • Acoustic units Outer GSS sheet thickness 0.8 to 1 mm thick and inner 1 mm thick special perforated sheet as standard.

AC EXTERNAL ROTOR MOTOR ( New Concept )

RANGE: 100 cfm to 7000 cfm with pressure range from 100 Pa to 750 Pa.

Fans with Direct Driven External rotor motors have conceptually better advantages in comparison with conventional fans:

  • Low energy demand

  • High life time

  • Compact design

  • Motor and impeller assembled to one unit

  • Low starting currents

  • Built in thermal overload protectors

Fan Impeller: The impellers are with backward curved blades both statically and dynamically balanced

PLUG FAN CONCEPT

RANGE: 500 cfm to 17000 cfm with pressure range from 100 Pa to 1770 Pa.

MOTOR : IE2 and IE3 Motor available

Fan: The AC Plug Fan Impeller is made of aluminium (AlMg3) with 8 backward curved blades both statically and dynamically balanced and fluidic optimized inlet cone.

EC EXTERNAL ROTOR MOTOR / EC MODULES FOR HIGHER CAPACITY

RANGE: 100 cfm to 30000 cfm with pressure range from 100 Pa to 950 Pa.

MOTOR : IE3, IE4 and IE5 (Ultra Premium Efficiency) available

Fan Impeller: Impeller made of black, UV-stabilized, and long glass fiber reinforced Polypropylene (PP) with 7 backward curved, for optimized efficiency.

Potentiometer for stepless speed variation

Mounting
  • Units will be ceiling suspended / floor mounted depending upon capacity.
  • No condensate formation can be used for Outdoor Applications also.
